Our telehealth services are available Australia-wide. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you can connect with our healthcare professionals from anywhere in Australia.

What happens during the initial consultation?

During your first consultation, our healthcare professional will discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals. This helps us understand your individual needs and develop an appropriate care plan if suitable.

How do I prepare for my telehealth consultation?

Can I transfer my existing prescription to Cannelevate?

Yes, we offer transfers under the Discharge section. During your consultation, provide details about your current healthcare provider and prescriptions. Our healthcare professionals will review your information and discuss the best way forward for your care.
