Know someone who’d like an easy telehealth consult? Share CannElevate with them. Their first consult is free, and once they’ve had it, you get a free follow-up.
How it works
- Tell a friend. Send them a link to this page or to cannelevate.com.au/get-started.
- They mention your name. When your friend registers, they choose “Friend or family referral” under “How did you hear about us?”, then tell our team your full name when we call or when they book. They can also email us using the button below.
- Their first consult is free. Their first 20-minute consult is free (normally $29).
- You get a free follow-up. Once your friend’s first consult is completed, we add a free follow-up consult ($19 value) to your account.

Who we see
Adults anywhere in Australia. Australia-wide telehealth. Phone or video, from wherever you are. All our practitioners are AHPRA-registered.
Refer a friend: terms and conditions
- The referrer must be an existing CannElevate patient. The friend must be a new CannElevate patient, aged 18 or over and located in Australia.
- Your friend must name you when they register or book, before their first consult. We can’t apply a referral after the consult has taken place.
- The friend’s free consult covers their initial consultation only (normally $29). Follow-up consultations are $19 each. One free referral consult per new patient.
- The referrer’s free follow-up is credited only after the friend’s initial consultation is completed. No reward is given for consults that are cancelled or missed.
- One free follow-up per completed referral. Free follow-ups are applied to your next follow-up booking.
- Free consults and free follow-ups have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for cash, aren’t transferable and can’t be combined with other offers, including the free transfer consult.
- You can’t refer yourself, and referrals must be genuine.
- Referring a friend is completely optional and has no effect on your own care.
- A consultation is not a guarantee of any particular treatment. Your practitioner decides what is appropriate after assessing you.
- CannElevate can change or end this program at any time. Free consults and free follow-ups already earned will be honoured.
