Switching clinics? Your first consult is on us

Switching? Your first consult is on us, then just $19 a visit.

We’re not for everyone. We’re for some: people who want unhurried time with a registered practitioner, consistent follow-up and a clinic team they can actually reach. If you’re with another clinic and that sounds like what you’re after, moving your care to us is simple, and we’ll help with the paperwork.

How switching works

  1. Register online. Our registration form takes about 8 minutes.
  2. Tell us you’re switching. When our team calls, let us know you’re moving from another clinic. With your consent, we’ll help you request your records.
  3. Have your first consult, on us. A 20-minute consult with an AHPRA-registered practitioner by phone or video, to go through your history and next steps. After that, follow-ups are $19 a visit.

What it costs

Consultation Price
First consult (20 min) when you switch to us On us
Follow-up consultation $19
Initial consultation for new patients who aren’t switching (20 min) $29

Privately billed. You’ll know every cost before you book, and there are no hidden booking fees.
