Booking a health appointment shouldn’t mean waiting weeks or taking time off work. With CannElevate you can book a telehealth consultation directly, online or by phone.
How it works
- Complete a 2-minute pre-screening. A few questions about your health history help us prepare for your appointment.
- Choose a time. Pick an appointment that suits you.
- Speak with an AHPRA-registered practitioner. Your practitioner contacts you by phone or video at your appointment time. The initial consultation runs for about 20 minutes.
- Follow up when it suits you. Follow-up consultations are $19.

Who we see
Adults anywhere in Australia. Australia-wide telehealth. Phone or video, from wherever you are. All our practitioners are AHPRA-registered, and you can check any practitioner on the public register at ahpra.gov.au.
Do I still need my regular GP?
Telehealth works alongside your regular GP rather than replacing them. Your practitioner may recommend you see your GP or attend in person if that is more appropriate. In an emergency, call 000.
